Delete account

You can delete your SalsaContact account in two ways.

In the app

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to your profile and open the settings.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Your account, profile and personal data are then erased.

By email

No longer have access to the app? Email us from your account’s email address at support@salsacontact.be with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is erased and what stays

• Erased: your account, email address, profile, photo, RSVPs, followers and follows.
• Stays: events and flyers you posted as an organizer remain in the agenda under an anonymized organizer, so other dancers do not lose their agenda. Want those removed too? Say so in your email.
