These terms apply to the SalsaContact app and the website salsacontact.be, offered by [company name], [company address], VAT [VAT number] (“we”). By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

The service

SalsaContact is an agenda for salsa, bachata and kizomba parties and classes in Belgium. Organizers, dance schools and artists post their events; dancers browse them, say whether they are going, and follow schools and artists. The website shows the public agenda; an account is only needed in the app.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You give accurate details and keep your sign-in details to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens with your account.
• You can delete your account at any time, see Delete account.

What you post

You keep ownership of the events, photos, flyers and texts you post. You grant us a free licence to show them in the app and on the website, and to share them through previews on social media, for as long as they are on SalsaContact.

You only post what you are allowed to post: no material someone else holds rights to without permission, no misleading events, no content that is unlawful, abusive or discriminatory. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules; in a dispute, we decide.

Third-party events

Events are posted by their organizers. We do not check date, place, price or content, and we are not the organizer. For tickets, refunds or changes, contact the organizer.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it always works or that all information is correct. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for damage arising from a third party’s event.

Ending

You can stop whenever you want by deleting your account. We may end your account if you breach these terms.

Changes and law

We may change these terms; the new version applies from its publication on this page. Belgian law applies and the courts of [company address] have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection.
